Where you can use your COFUND HEALTH Debit card

  • Heath insurance premiums

  • Doctors office visits

  • Hospital payments

  • Dental, vision, laboratory, hearing, and other health-related clinics

Note: Your CoFund Health medical debit card cannot be used at retail, grocery, pharmacy, or convenience stores and can never be used in an ATM.

 
 

 
 

How to use your medical benefit debit card

  1. If you have not already received it yet, you will receive your CoFund Health medical benefit debit card in the mail. Your card does not require activation and is ready to use.

  2. You can load funds and check your medical debit card balance on the Benefit Cards page of your campaign dashboard.

  3. Use your CoFund Health medical benefit debit card as you would any other credit card to pay for your healthcare costs. A $1 transaction fee will be charged to your campaign to cover network services.

  4. To reload your debit card, simply go back to the Benefit Cards page of your campaign dashboard and load fund available from your pharmacy benefit balance.

  5. If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can report the loss on the Benefit Cards page of your campaign dashboard to receive a replacement.

REMINDER: You will need sufficient funds loaded to your debit card to cover any amount you are trying to pay. If your account has insufficient funds to cover the full amount, your card will be declined. Subject to merchant procedures, you may be able to pay the difference between the purchase price and the remaining value on your debit card with cash, check, or other debit/credit card.
